Are these units on the water? 

We have two units that are ocean view, The Cottage and The Casa Blanca but they are located across the street from Strands beach, not on the sand. Our Bungalow is located further into the complex and has no ocean view. 

Do your units have A/C? 

None of the units have A/C, it's normally cool enough with the ocean breeze to keep the units cool. We do have ceiling fans in the units. 

Is there a washer/dryer available? 

There is a full size washer/dryer in each unit. 

Is there beach equipment? 

We provide beach towels for 6, boogie boards and various beach toys. 

How many people do your units sleep? 

The units sleep 6. We have a sofa sleeper in the Cottage and Casa Blanca and a queen size air mattress in the Bungalow.
